Welcome to my corner of the world, where stories of resilience, triumph, and transformation come to life.

I’m Gina Silvestri, a survivor, entrepreneur and beacon of hope for those who have faced the darkness of trauma and want to emerge into the light of healing and success.

At 15 years old, I faced a harrowing experience that would change the course of my life forever. A violent attack by a football player in my Hugh school left me fighting for my life, plus then having to navigate my early life with family and friends who loved me so much, but didn’t know how to deal with this level of trauma.

The road to recovery was riddled with challenges —most significant was my battle with PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder), which caused struggles with my relationships and career.

But from the depths of despair, I found the strength to rise. Despite periods of houselessness and the weight of my past trauma, I pushed forward. Education became my solace, and from the halls of university, I emerged with a determination to forge a new path.

I lasted twenty years in my professional career with government, serving my community by helping families in crisis, but when Canada’s second largest child murder case landed on my desk, I gave it my all for three years to deliver support and justice, then my health took a turn for the worse, due to all the stress, and I took a break, that I never returned from. I left my career in 2009, to start this business as an online Coach and Mentor, for women.

Against all odds, I ventured into entrepreneurship. Through grit and resilience, I birthed and grew this successful coaching and mentoring business that not only thrived over the past decade and a half, but has helped thousands of people to do the same.

The journey wasn’t easy, but it was mine, and it led me to a purpose greater than myself.
