If you received a reading on livestream from me, you know I offer the COURTESY SERVICE of publishing them online whenever I get a chance.

This is never guaranteed, as it is not part of the service you paid for. it is NOT included in my livestream reading service - if you get a private reading with me it is 100% included - but for the discounted livestream readings it is not,

However, I know it takes forever sometimes, for me to even CHOOSE who's readings get posted, and then get to the editing and publishing of it onto my socials, where you can download it yourself.

SO since I get asked constantly for reading replays, and I KNOW how important these can be to you, I have found a bunch of video editors to work with, so that if you want to be GUARANTEED that you get a copy of your reading AND you'll get it faster (usually within ONE week), then feel free to purchase this service.

Basically I just send this money that you pay for this service straight to my editors, and they do it for you + they do it FAST, because they aren't as busy as I am, and I have several editors to choose from now, so someone is always available.

Why do these replay recordings even need to be edited, you might ask?

Because I have a standard to uphold for what I publish on any of my online channels.

First of all, the raw video we download from the livestream platform often has issues that need correcting by a professional editor, like the video and audio out of synch.

I also don't want coughing, unnecessary yapping (like me saying something quickly to the livestream audience), repetitive questions, unforeseen interruptions, or extra long spaces where I sit and close my eyes and nothing is being said or done in those moments (well, not that you can see, anyway (a LOT is happening in the "invisible" realm lol), so these are edited out. The reading is not changed, it's core essence is maintained, it is just edited for easy consumption and the best, most qualitative, most enjoyable experience for you to cherish.

And no, I can't send it to you over Dropbox or something like that without publishing it on my socials, because that takes extra time - and I am in a VERY busy growth period of my business right now, so this is what I can offer you at this time :)

Lastly, the discounted livestream price you got also includes me being able to use it on my channels as well, so I can share my talents and gifts with the world, and people can easily find me when they need me. This is how I keep the cost so low and WIN-WIN for us both.

How long is my video replay recording going to be?

Each recording is approximately 15-30 minutes long, depending how long your original livestream reading was.

Why is it $30USD per half hour?

Because this is what my video editors charge. It's actually a great rate for the time it takes!

PLUS I don't charge you more than that, even though it takes me time to go and find your reading in the hundreds and hundreds of livestream recording replays I have, and the time it takes me to stay as organized as providing this reading replay recording service does.

Can I change my mind after I purchase this? Are there any refunds?

No. Sorry! This is because I send it to my editors soon after you purchase and the job starts right away. So please make sure you are 100% certain you want this before purchasing.

****Please note: if Gina spent extra time with you during your reading on the livestream (which she often does out of generosity), especially if it was over half hour in time extra, you must purchase two of these replay recordings, for a total of $60 USD. You may be contacted to discuss the rate if on the VERY RARE occasion, that your total reading time was an hour or longer, because the rates change in the video editor industry for longer videos. In this case do keep in mind that you received a "2 for 1" livestream reading, which would mean you got a 50% discount expectedly, which again, rarely happens, so consider that in your calculation of the extra replay recording fees involved. Logical and makes sense, right? ; )

If you thought your reading was under half hour, then you find out later that your reading was longer than half hour and you don't want to pay $60, then we will refund you right away, don't worry about that part. We've got you!

Next Steps:

1. Make your purchase. IMPORTANT: Type your full name and Tik Tok names so we can find your reading in our emails (through our email receipt system) or in our payment system. The more detail you give here the faster I can find it for you and give it to my editor. If you know the date/approximate time etc, every detail helps! If you aren't sure don't worry, I will go hunting in the replays, it just might take me a little longer.

2. 2. An email will arrive within seven business days to let you know that your video is ready.

3. 3. There will be a link in your email to download your video so you can keep it forever. Sorry we do not accommodate different storage or download solutions. There are ONLY two options: (1) You just download it straight from YouTube (google instructions on how to do this, it's really quite simple) or (2) We share a link with you from our Shared Folder On Google Drive and you download it directly from there.
