2—Book your first appointment HERE which is a 75 minute intensive session. If you do want to fill out the questionnaire, be sure you have enough time to submit it before the appoinment, because it must be submitted at least 48 hours before our first appointment.

3—Your 24/7+ Voxer app access begins right after we complete our first 75 minute session, then you can book your floating sessions any time from this point on. HERE is your link to book the floating sessions. You'll have access to this link for the full duration of our coaching time together, and you can use it to reschedule as needed also. Just make sure I have 48 hours notice for reschedules so your session doesn't get forfeited.
